YOGA WALK

Yoga is much more than just twisting and bending the body. It simply means 'union' or 'combine' where there is complete unity in mind, body, spirit, and life.

Sadhguru says, "Yoga science offers the best tool for improving human capabilities and performing at the highest level of body and mind." The Yoga Walk is the Nirvana Retreat's most special aspect and one that plays a significant role in visitors' spiritual life. Each is a self-paced exercise that incorporates both walking and yoga's emotional, mental and physical benefits.

Yoga walk is Nirvana's brainchild and we have combined the mystical essence of the rainforest of Gondwanan with precise instructions to build a strong but enjoyable exercise that offers an understanding of Mind, Body, Soul. In many ways, each walk is special, each walk is a distinctive landscape, and each walk discusses multiple facets of spirituality. The walk is an activity that can be carried out without any instructor, meaning that they are self-guided. To satisfy fundamental standards of fitness, the trails are picked. It is going to be an opportunity to treasure, whether you do it as a group or personally. The experience would be fun for someone above the age of 5. There are two walks on the house.

Walk in Gratitude - Gratitude Walk examines things for which we should be thankful.

Peace Walk - During this route, Shanti, or inner harmony, is discussed. One will discover the need for inner peace and find ways to strengthen one's inner peace.

Use your Nirvana Passport to capture any feelings, thoughts, or experiences which the Yoga Walks brings out in you. The nirvana passport allows you to capture your experiences which later became the workbook of your life when you return to the real world.
